It’s perfect!! It leaves me snatched without hurting my ribs. I can sit in it, tighten it however I want. I’m 5’3 and 170lbs so I got a Medium and it is perfect to help me on my weight loss journey! The Velcro is very strong I honestly have to pry it open lol.

I thought I wanted a 30in waist but this showed I would be very happy with 33in which is very encouraging with only 5in to lose. This is worth every penny. This waist trainer is absolutely a must! Usually, I’m very cautious on what I order and I was a little skeptical that this one would roll down or wouldn’t cover my back rolls. It just got delivered today and I put it on and it fits like a glove. It’s definitely snug, but not to where you can’t breathe. I would purchase this again!!
